Indigenous technology company Radiant diGiLog has launched an integrated workforce management and productivity platform designed to help organisations improve employee attendance tracking, shift management, payroll administration, and broader human resource operations.
The platform was unveiled at the Route to Market West Africa Exhibition 2026 in Lagos, where business leaders and industry stakeholders gathered to explore opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
Speaking at the event, the company’s Managing Director, Tayo Babatunde, said the platform was developed in response to the growing need for greater workplace visibility, accountability, and productivity.
Babatunde disclosed this in a statement issued on Monday in Lagos, adding that Radiant diGiLog has also expanded into selected international markets, including the United Kingdom, South Africa, Uganda, and Canada.
According to Babatunde, the platform was designed to give organisations greater visibility into workforce activities, operational performance, and task execution, enabling more informed decision-making and improved efficiency.
She explained that the solution was developed in response to increasing demand from businesses seeking more effective ways to monitor workforce performance and streamline operations.
Babatunde observed that many organisations continue to rely on manual processes, spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and fragmented reporting systems to manage daily operations, resulting in productivity gaps, operational delays, and weak accountability.
“Many organisations continue to manage work using disconnected systems and manual processes,” she said.
She added:
“Many business leaders know what they want to achieve, but they often struggle with visibility into what is happening across locations, teams and day-to-day operations. The challenge is not always effort; sometimes it is clarity.”
According to Babatunde, maintaining visibility across multiple teams, locations, and day-to-day operations becomes increasingly challenging as businesses grow.
“Radiant diGiLog was created to help businesses work smarter, improve accountability and support sustainable growth,” she said.
Babatunde explained that the platform integrates attendance management, workforce monitoring, reporting, task execution, and productivity tracking into a single digital solution.
She further noted that workforce productivity and operational visibility will become increasingly important as organisations continue to pursue more efficient ways of managing employees and improving organisational performance.
According to Babatunde, the launch reflects the company’s ambition to support businesses across diverse markets by providing practical digital solutions tailored to organisations operating in Africa.
“Our goal is simple: we want to help businesses work smarter and grow faster by creating greater visibility, accountability and coordination across their operations,” she said.
As part of the launch, Babatunde announced that organisations would receive a complimentary 30-day trial, enabling them to evaluate the platform’s capabilities and assess its suitability for their operational needs.
She added that the introduction of Radiant diGiLog underscores the company’s commitment to helping organisations improve productivity and overall business performance through smarter workforce management.
