The Police Service Commission (PSC) has released the names of successful applicants recruited into the Nigeria Police Force as part of the ongoing exercise to enlist 50,000 Police Constables.

In a statement issued on Wednesday by the Commission’s Head of Protocol and Public Relations, Torty Kalu, the PSC said the recruitment exercise had been concluded following a process it described as transparent, credible, and merit-based.

According to the Commission, the exercise was conducted in collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force, the Federal Character Commission, the Ministry of Police Affairs, State Career and Counselling Departments, and the Police Community Relations Committee to ensure fairness and inclusiveness.

Applicants who participated in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) have been advised to verify their application status online.

“Applicants who participated in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) are advised to visit the official recruitment portal from Thursday, July 16, 2026, to check their application status,” the statement said.

The Commission added that successful candidates would also receive notifications through the email addresses and telephone numbers provided during registration.

Candidates offered provisional admission are expected to report to their designated Police Training Institutions for documentation and medical screening on dates to be announced subsequently.
